What is in the snack box?
Each box contains a curated selection of Japanese snacks, candies, and treats . Seasonal sweets, regional specialties, and exclusive items from Japan.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide directly from Japan. Shipping is available to most countries, though some restrictions may apply.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. All prices include applicable Japanese taxes. However, your country may charge import duties or VAT upon delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Tracking is included on most shipments.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Maybe. Some countries may apply import duties, VAT, or other fees when the box arrives. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return or exchange a snack box?
Due to the nature of our products (food), we do not accept returns. However, if your box arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
